Terms of Service & Veda Care Agreements

Terms governing BitRaft Labs hardware purchases, fleet rentals, Veda Care subscriptions, software-defined persona packages, and institutional deployments.

1. Hardware Outright Purchase & Warranty

Outright hardware purchase at ₹1,49,000 per unit includes a 12-month standard hardware warranty against manufacturing defects and 3 months of Veda Care+ bundled free.

2. Veda Care Subscriptions & SLAs

Veda Care plans (Care ₹2,499/mo, Care+ ₹4,999/mo, Care Pro ₹7,999/mo) provide ongoing hardware AMC, remote diagnostics, OTA model updates, and custom RAG knowledge pack management. Care Pro includes a 48-hour onsite SLA guarantee.

3. Modular Persona Software Packs

Persona behavior packs (Veda, Seva, Sneha, Sanjay, Agastya, Exam Proctor, Brand Mascot) are software-defined behavior configurations. Switching personas does not require hardware replacement.
